explore… discover… develop…
The Stanislavski System – Is the core foundation method of the school and informs all other offerings.
Acting is an art form that requires focus and emotional intelligence. You will practice mindful action during the exercises. You will also learn how to build a character, create memories for your characters and learn to be present in the moment. As I like to say, “It’s serious fun”!
What to bring?
Please be sure to bring loose fitting comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in. Also bring a snack and some water, if you’re like many of our actors who needs to keep refueling.
